When the beautiful Tony (Uschi Glas) cannot pay her rent in Berlin, she decides to go on a hitchhiking adventure to Munich. Along the way she meets the dubious antique dealer Rolf (Harald Leipnitz) and inventor Stefan (Stefan Behrens) who is developing a thrilling motorcraft called "the Dryski" (it's the opposite of waterskis!). Confused about which to fall in love head over heels in love with Tony is torn between to two beaus. Available with English subtitles for the first time, That Guy Loves Me is a colorful look at 60's Germany with a groovy bossa-nova hammond score composed by Johnny Harris!
