A sophisticated computer run gang of good doers dedicated to correcting wrongs against the defenseless is out to stop high-powered Palm Springs financier Alan Roberto (George Hamilton). Together, the private agency known as the I.F.R. (Sam Groom, Lauren Hutton, T.J. McCavitt, and Lane Binkley otherwise known as the Institute for Revenge) concoct a land deal scam to swindle him out of all his ill gotten goods and bring him to justice non-violently.
